Quality Engineer :

Position: Sr. Quality Engineer
Qualification: BE(Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication industry, preferably from enclosures and control panel manufacturing set up.
Preferred Age: Below 40 yrs.

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:

Thorough knowledge of MS, SS, Aluminum sheets, their grades and chemical compositions.
Ability to handle all measuring instruments.
Thorough knowledge of Laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, powder coating and assembly processes.
Record & Maintain ISO documents
In depth knowledge of inward, in process and pre dispatch quality checks. Sampling techniques.
Strong knowledge of latest quality systems like Six Sigma, ISO, Lean Management, 5" S", etc.
Hands on experience in problem solving tools and techniques like 8 D,7 QC, Why Why Analysis, Route Cause Analysis, CAPA, etc.
Strong analysis on customer / Inhouse / supplier rejection with effectiveness of CAPA.
NDT certification would be highly preferred.
Good ability to handle customer queries and strong coordination skills.
PPAP Activities.
Prior experience of handling ISO audits and related documentation.
Strong analytical skills with good sense of time management.
High level of customer focus and business orientation.
Ability to work in teams and should be able to handle work pressures.
An eye for details and ability to resolve complex issues.

Design Lead :

Position: Design - Lead
Qualification: BE / ME Mechanical
Design Software : Expert level skills in Solid Works, Auto CAD especially in development of Sheet Metal Fabrication projects.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication industry, preferably from enclosures and control panel manufacturing set up.
Preferred Age: Below 40 yrs.

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the design function from front
Responsible for achieving all departmental level KPIs
Understanding in detail all direct or indirect enquiries from the customers.
Assign the design jobs to the team members in the Dept
Check and approve all the designs to be released in terms of customer's specifications.
Primarily responsible for all designs released by the department.
Responsible for accurate inputs to quotations i.e., quantity and quality of material, hard ware required, etc.
Generate detailed design in Solid Works and Auto Cad for critical projects.
Single point contact for all customer queries pertaining to design and ECR.
To ensure all ECRs and revision changes are accommodated in the design.
Attend and address all MOMs.
Train and guide all team members as and when required.
Ensure timely delivery of the design from the department.

Candidate Profile: Strong Leader with expert skills in above mentioned design software, highly proactive, business oriented with strong sense of quality.

Strong sourcing skills for specialized hardware used in enclosures and control panels.
Exceptional negotiation skills, communication skill etc.
Good knowledge of ERP based reporting system and documentation with proper reporting to management.
Knowledge of Import related documentation and related activities.
Strong sense of prioritization and time management.
Effective handling of logistics.
Good knowledge of 5 "S" system and other quality management systems.
