Sr. Quality Engineer

  • Position : Sr. Quality Engineer
  • Qualification : BE(Mechanical)
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication industry, preferably from enclosures and control panel manufacturing set up.
  • Preferred Age : Below 40 yrs.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up a Sales & Marketing department and lead it from front.
  • Establish and meet strong KPIs for the department as a whole.
  • Generate business by developing customers across the country and abroad.
  • Tap and convert potential customers based on company's USP.
  • Continuously explore potential markets for company's product line.
  • Study, suggest and establish parallel verticals for enhancing company's revenue generation.
  • Keep the management updated with all trends in the market.
  • Responsible for payments receivables and recovery.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets as per company's business plan.
  • Design and develop a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and forecasts to management.
Candidate Profile :

A dynamic leader with thorough experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication industry. Ability to deliver targets with strict deadlines. Strong communication, leadership, teamwork and negotiation skills. Candidate with sheet metal industry experience is MUST.

  • Position: Design - Lead
  • Qualification: BE / ME Mechanical
  • Design Software: Expert level skills in Solid Works, Auto CAD especially in development of Sheet Metal Fabrication projects.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the design function from front
  • Responsible for achieving all departmental level KPIs
  • Understanding in detail all direct or indirect enquiries from the customers.
  • Assign the design jobs to the team members in the Dept
  • Check and approve all the designs to be released in terms of customer's specifications.
  • Primarily responsible for all designs released by the department.
  • Responsible for accurate inputs to quotations i.e., quantity and quality of material, hard ware required, etc.
  • Generate detailed design in Solid Works and Auto Cad for critical projects.
  • Single point contact for all customer queries pertaining to design and ECR.
  • To ensure all ECRs and revision changes are accommodated in the design.
  • Attend and address all MOMs.
  • Train and guide all team members as and when required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the design from the department.
Candidate Profile :

Strong Leader with expert skills in above mentioned design software, highly proactive, business oriented with strong sense of quality.

Purchase Engineer

  • Position: Purchase Engineer
  • Qualification: BE(Mechanical)
  • Experience: minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication industry with hands on experience on products like enclosures and control panel.
  • Preferred Age: Below 40 yrs.

Job Description

Strong candidate with good communication skills responsible to undertake following activities

  • Ability to expand the current vendor base.
  • Cost effective purchasing practices with effective quality performance.
  • Vendor validation in terms of quality, cost, delivery and potential.
  • Exceptional in-depth knowledge of Steel (MS & SS), Aluminum and galvanized sheets and their grades, chemical compositions, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills for specialized hardware used in enclosures and control panels.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, communication skill etc.
  • Good knowledge of ERP based reporting system and documentation with proper reporting to management.
  • Knowledge of import related documentation and related activities.
  • Strong sense of prioritization and time management.
  • Effective handling of logistics.
  • Good knowledge of 5 "S" system and other quality management systems.
